Dannible/McKee and Associates, Ltd. Principals Are Featured Speakers at the ACEC Convention

Dannible/McKee and Associates Ltd. principals Deborah E. Finch, CPA/ABV, CVA, CDA, and Victor W. Vaccaro, Jr., CPA/ABV, CFF, CDA, will advise an audience of engineers professionals as featured speakers at the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC) Annual Convention.

The ACEC’s annual convention will host over 1600 attendees at the Wardman Park Hotel, Washington, DC, May 5-8.  The four-day event offers wide range of educational sessions, congressional appointments and the Engineering Excellence Awards Gala. 

Finch will present “Why Your Internal Ownership Transition Plan is Failing”, on May 7.  During her session, Finch will explore many of the common pitfalls of internal ownership transition plans and will provide concrete strategies for resolving these issues.

Vaccaro is scheduled to present “Considerations for Buying and Selling Small Engineering Firms” on May 8.  In this presentation, he will cover all the issues related to the merger and acquisitions and empower small engineering firms to find a path to an external sale.  He will also provide insight to help possible acquirers successfully buy small engineering firms that will complement their business and help their firm grow and thrive.
