Charla A. Roth, CPA, is principal at DM Consulting Group, with over 23 years of experience serving architecture and engineering (A/E) firms. She specializes in helping clients improve financial performance, increase profitability and strengthen the value of their business. Charla has extensive expertise in interpreting and analyzing A/E financial statements and key performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making. She is also highly experienced in FAR compliance, overhead rate audits and government contracting, including overseeing audit services for the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT).
Ryan R. Delao, CPA, is a senior associate with the firm and has more than eight years of experience supporting the firm’s business valuation and ownership transition consulting practice. He also provides audit, review, compilation and consulting services for clients in the architectural and engineering industry, including audits of employee benefit plans and preparation of financial statements. In addition, Ryan assists clients with overhead rate compliance and related matters under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
