September 18, 2025 – DM Consulting Group, a nationally recognized leader in business valuation, ownership transition planning and financial consulting for architecture, engineering, planning and environmental consulting firms, along with its affiliate firm, Dannible & McKee, LLP, a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm, launched its first DM Day of Impact, a dedicated afternoon of service where employees stepped away from their desks to give back to the Central New York community.
As part of the firm-wide initiative, team members volunteered their time and talents to assist seven local nonprofit and community organizations. Projects included gardening, painting, cutting stars for veterans, sorting diapers and taking care of animals. Participating organizations included:
- Brady Farm
- Central New York Diaper Bank
- CNY SPCA
- Hospice of Central New York
- Onondaga Earth Corps.
- Rosamond Gifford Zoo
- Sunshine Horses, Inc.
“DM Day of Impact is an opportunity for our entire team to come together and make a meaningful difference in the community we call home,” said Christopher Didio, CPA, CFE, managing partner at Dannible & McKee. “We are excited to support these incredible organizations and contribute to the important work they do every day.”
For many employees, the experience was both rewarding and eye-opening. “It was amazing to see the impact we could make in just a few hours,” said Devin Negrete, a digital marketing coordinator at DM Consulting Group, who volunteered with the CNY SPCA. “Giving back alongside my coworkers reminded me how fortunate we are, and how important it is to support organizations that meet such critical needs in our community.”
The DM Day of Impact reflects DM Consulting Group and Dannible & McKee’s long-standing commitment to community service. Through volunteerism, charitable initiatives and partnerships with local organizations, the firm continues to give back the communities that have shaped its success while fostering a culture of teamwork, generosity and social responsibility.
