Victor Vaccaro, Jr. is a principal at DM Consulting Group, with 35 years of experience providing valuation, accounting and consulting services for architectural and engineering firms. He routinely performs business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, internal ownership transfers, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions, as well as for financial reporting purposes. Vic also advises clients on ownership transition strategies, industry benchmarking, profitability enhancement, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. Additionally, he provides guidance on overhead rate calculations in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
