Lance K. McKee

Lance K. McKee, CPA/ABV, CVA, CDA is a founding partner and Vice President of Dannible/McKee and Associates, Ltd. Lance is an expert on business valuations, maximizing shareholder value, ownership transition, acquisitions and mergers, stockholder disputes, stockholder agreements and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). He is also qualified as an expert witness in these areas. Lance has developed financial analysis programs to evaluate the financial strengths and weaknesses of professional service firms and established strategies to maximize the value of design firms, developing incentive programs and monitoring business operations to achieve this goal.

Lance’s other areas of expertise include job costing, financial reporting systems, cash flow projections, leveraged buyouts, Employee Stock Ownership Plans and consulting on overhead rates in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).  He is an active member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AMAA), a nationwide association of firms that provides specialized transaction services and support. He is also active in the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), a national organization of business valuation experts.

Lance received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and an MBA from Syracuse University. Lance is a member of the following professional organizations:
