Anthony F. Dannible

Anthony F. Dannible, CPA/ABV, CVA, CFF, CDA is a founding principal and President of Dannible/McKee and Associates, Ltd. Tony has over thirty-five years of experience in business valuation, ownership transition, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes and litigation support as it specifically relates to professional practices. Tony is also a leading tax expert in corporate and individual income tax issues and speaks frequently on business valuation, ownership transition and related tax issues affecting the industry. Prior to founding Dannible/McKee and Associates, Ltd. in 1978, he gained extensive experience in all areas of income tax, corporate tax planning for both large and small firms, serving as a tax planning specialist with an international consulting firm. Tony has authored several continuing education courses on valuing professional firms, one of which has been approved by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is part of their continuing education library.

Tony is a graduate of Syracuse University. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) with the AICPA and is a Certified Design Accountant (CDA).
